4. Product Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from material defects under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover misuse, alteration, improper installation, or damage caused by the customer or third parties.

The Company’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion.


5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service giving rise to the claim.


6. Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, specifications, and related intellectual property remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer-supplied designs are the responsibility of the customer, and the Company shall not be liable for infringements of third-party rights resulting from such designs.


7. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval.

Canceled orders may be subject to restocking fees or charges for work already performed.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
